Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. We accept ZERO returns, exchanges. Our products are not FDA approved and they are not guaranteed to work on everyone's skin. We DO NOT give medical advice. For any medical concerns please consult a doctor.
In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured.
In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace order in 48-72 hours.
